Our stained glass items are priced in Canadian Dollars. US exchange rate fluctuates daily, lately
around par. This means an item would cost approximately the same in US Dollars (maybe a little more,
maybe a little less).

(Credit card payments will be charged in Canadian Dollars. Currency exchange will be applied by your

Shipping & Handling:
Shipping & handling charges are extra and will be added after you place your order.
Duty & Taxes:
All applicable taxes, and any duties and customs & brokerage fees, must be borne by the purchaser. We
must charge and collect GST or HST (as applicable) on all items sold in Canada or delivered to an address
in Canada. We do not collect taxes or duty on any items shipped to an address outside Canada,
whether or not such taxes & duty are required in your jurisdiction.
Many items are carried in stock. However, if an item is out of stock, or if you want something in a particular colour, please allow at least four to six weeks for manufacture and delivery. (Lamps and panels are usually made to order. Manufacture and delivery may take a little longer.) We will inform you of the status on receipt of your order.

Some items are unique one-of-a-kind creations. We will attempt to re-create these for you or we will try to provide something similar in nature.

All of our stained glass items are carefully inspected for quality and defects. However, if there are any
manufacturing defects, the item will be repaired or replaced. For your own protection, please insure
all returned goods.
PLEASE NOTE:
Colours sometimes vary from photos and electronic images, something which we cannot control. In fact, even the glass itself varies from sheet to sheet, so it is always difficult to match colours exactly. (In some instances, we can send samples if you pay a small shipping fee.)
Our stained glass designs are copyrighted (usually by us, sometimes by others). You do not gain any ownership right, title, or other interest in the actual design of any object obtained from us, even though you may own the physical item.
For our patterns and designs, any rights granted to you constitute a license and not a transfer of title. You do not obtain any ownership right, title, or other interest in the copyrighted materials or trademarks by downloading, copying, or otherwise using these materials, even if the materials are offered to you as a "free sample". Commercial use is not allowed without permission from us.

We are not liable or responsible for willful damage, negligence, alterations, or normal wear & tear. Art glass is not as
rugged as window glass and some pieces may crack over time, especially if bumped or subjected to excessive heat.
We must state the obvious: Stained glass is breakable. These items are not toys and they are not
suitable for children's playthings.
Many of our products contain lead, which can be harmful or toxic if ingested. Do not handle the products excessively. Wash your hands
after handling. Safely discard materials used for polishing and packaging.
